in pyrmont under possible showers

The fish market is far more enjoyable when it's not crowded, just like it happened this morning around 9:30. Even the sun was shining in the middle of the clouds, which were threatening to confirm the unclear forecast I read this morning on one of the local papers: "Possible shower / Min: 20C / Max: 25C / UV: Extreme".

I decided tonight we'll be having prawns to be followed by a very fresh snapper. There is a possible "merienda" in the cards, which would be based in some of these beautiful red swimmers.

Hopefully another full of inspiration cooking process will add more fun to our last digestive chapter of the day.
